Bake Shop Orders:
Please note that we cannot guarantee that bakeshop items are nut free.  Orders that do not list peanuts or other allergens, may have come in contact with other items within the Bake Shop. Queen’s Hospitality Services will facilitate the order process.   The sender will receive an automatic order confirmation, and the recipient will receive an email with detailed pick up information, as well as a reminder email within 24 hours of the pickup deadline.

QGift orders from the Ban Righ Bake Shop require three (3) business days advanced notice to guarantee that your gift will be available for pick up on the desired date.  Recipients will be notified of the pick up location, and must pick up their gift within three (3) days of notification (weekends included).  Items that have not been picked up within three (3) days will be disposed of, and a refund will NOT be provided to the sender.   The recipient must contact Hospitality Services within three (3) days of notification to request alternative pickup arrangements under special circumstances.   Senders have 24 hours to cancel, after placing an order.  To cancel the order, the Sender must contact Hospitality Services main office at (613) 533-2953.

Applicable taxes will be added to all bakeshop items at point of sale.

QGift Meal Plan Flex $:
Queen’s Hospitality Services will facilitate the order process.  The sender will receive an automatic order confirmation, and the recipient will receive an email once the purchased funds are electronically added to the recipient’s SOLUS account.

Adding Flex $ will require at least 24 hours to appear on the students’ SOLUS account. Once the funds have been added to the students’ account, they are non-refundable to the Sender. Unused  Flex $ can be refunded to the Recipient, with a $25.00 administration fee, upon graduation or at the end of a school year. Flex $ can carry over to the following year and do not expire.
