Campus Market Terms and Conditions
By submitting your order, you agree to either pick up your order from the Ban Righ Dining Hall pickup location or have your order delivered to your specified delivery location and pay in full for the final selection of items included in your order and all applicable taxes, by credit card.
All dollar amounts stated are in Canadian Dollars.
Currently, orders may be placed up to 4 days in advance of Order Pickup or Order Delivery, but this may be subject to change in the future.
Once your order is submitted and approved, you will not be able to make changes. If you require changes to your order, you can reach out to our team at 613-533-2536.
You will only be charged for the actual items included in your order, less any redemption of coupons or other promotional deductions.
Order Pickup and Delivery
For the Campus Market Online Grocery delivery service, you must be at the delivery location address indicated in your order during the timeslot selected at the time of placing the order. Please monitor the phone number you provided at the time of checkout. You will receive a notification to the phone number provided when your order is out for delivery, and another notification when it has been delivered. Groceries will be delivered to the confirmed address during the specified delivery timeslot either at the door or in an advised location that was specified at the time of the order.
Your order will be carefully packed to help ensure product quality. For optimum freshness, please properly store your order within one hour after your order has been picked up or delivered. We cannot guarantee the quality of any items that are not properly stored within that time frame.
After you have completed your online order, you, the sender, will receive a confirmation email. Recipients will also receive an email letting them know they have a special surprise waiting for them.
Fees for delivery
Delivery fees for the local delivery radius is a flat $2.
If a student is living on campus in residence, there will be a choice to delivery the QGift to Main Campus, or to the Jean-Royce dining hall at West campus. By choosing Main Campus, your student can pick up their care package from The Lazy Scholar. By choosing West Campus, the QGift will be delivered to the dining hall for pickup.
Purchase of Flex $
The QGift of adding Flex $ to a student account will take at least 24 hours to appear on their SOLUS account.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that bakeshop items are nut free. Orders that do not list peanuts or other allergens may have come in contact with other items in the Bake Shop.
