Placing Orders

By submitting your order, you agree to pick up your order from one of our three pickup locations (Leonard dining hall, The Lazy Scholar, or Jean Royce dining hall), and pay in full for the final selection of items included in your order and all applicable taxes, by credit card.

All dollar amounts stated are in Canadian Dollars. 

Currently, orders may be placed up to 3 months in advance of Order Pickup, but this may be subject to change in the future.

Once your order is submitted and approved, you will not be able to make changes. If you require changes to your order, you can reach out to our team at 613-533-2536. 

Order Payment

You will only be charged for the actual items included in your order, less any redemption of coupons or other promotional deductions.

Order Placement

After you have completed your online order, you, the sender, will receive a confirmation email. Recipients will also receive an email letting them know they have a special surprise waiting for them.

Purchase of Flex $

The care package of adding Flex $ to a student account will take at least 24 hours to appear on their SOLUS account.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that bakeshop items are nut free. Orders that do not list peanuts or other allergens may have come in contact with other items in the Bake Shop.
